Leisure Instruction Fitness Education (LIFE) CIC is a training provider that merges together urban culture, performing arts, sports and accredited awards. The combination of innovative workshops encourages achievement and enjoyment by offering the best possible active experience.

Our creative and enthusiastic team members are trained to industry standards with professional qualifications in their areas of expertise. Each team member has undergone a thorough induction process including CRB enhanced disclosure checks, first aid and safeguarding training.

As a social enterprise LIFE trades for social aims and reinvests its profits into providing services for local communities. In addition to this LIFE is registered as a Community Interest Company and as such its social aims are reviewed each year by an independent regulator.
